Last night I was listening to KEXP and was lucky enough to catch an in-studio performance by Erin Jorgensen who plays the marimba, sings in French (and English) and tells stories, kind of like Laurie Anderson. Listening to her was one of the most beautiful, magical hours I’ve had in a long time and I hope she becomes a big star.
